Purpose of Collection and Using Personal Information: For recruitment process management, progress notifications, and talent pool management.

Provision to Third Parties: Personal information is used strictly within the notified purposes and is not provided to third parties, except as required by law.

Outsourcing of Processing: For improved services, handling of personal information may be outsourced to external providers, with prior notice given to users.

Retention and Use Period: Personal information is promptly destroyed once its purpose is fulfilled or upon user request.
Any third parties with whom it was shared are also instructed to destroy the data.

Disposal Procedures and Methods: We promptly delete personal information once its intended purpose has been fulfilled.
How We Dispose of Personal Information.

•Procedure: After its use is complete, your personal data is securely transferred to a separate database (or locked file cabinet for paper records) and retained only for a legally required period before being permanently deleted. •Method: Paper records are shredded or incinerated. Electronic files are permanently erased using secure deletion technologies that prevent recovery.
