Chapter 1 General Provisions
- Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the conditions, procedures, and member rules for the use of
member services (“Services”) provided by YOU-TECH SOLUTION (“Company”) in accordance with the Telecommunications Business Act
and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
- Article 2 (Notice)

These Terms shall become effective upon being posted on the service screen or notified to members by other means.

The Company may revise these Terms, and any revised Terms shall become effective upon notification in the same manner as in Paragraph 1.
- Article 3 (Matters Not Specified in the Terms)
- Any matters not specified herein shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other related laws and regulations.
- Article 4 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:
- “Member” means an individual who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company.
- “User ID” means a unique identifier assigned to an individual who has entered into a service agreement with the Company.
- “Password” means a combination of letters and numbers set by the user to verify identity and protect personal information.
- “Operator” means a person designated by the Company to manage and ensure the smooth operation of the Services.
Chapter 2 Service Use Agreement
- Article 5 (Establishment of Agreement)

- When a user clicks the “Agree” button to these Terms, it is deemed that the user has consented.
- The service agreement shall be established when the Company accepts the membership application.
- Article 6 (Reservation and Refusal of Agreement)

The Company may reserve acceptance of the service agreement in the following cases:
- Where there is insufficient service capacity
- Where it is deemed technically difficult to provide services
- Other cases deemed necessary by the Company

The Company may refuse to accept the service agreement in the following cases:
- Where the application is made under a false name other than the real name in the resident registration
- Where false information is provided or false documents are attached in the application
- Article 7 (Management of User ID, etc.)

- In principle, only one user ID is issued per individual under the real name registered in the resident registration.
- The user name must match the real name of the user. The user is responsible for managing the user ID and password and for any disadvantages caused by negligence or misuse by third parties, except where the Company is intentionally or grossly negligent.
- Article 8 (Changes to Agreement Information)

Members must promptly update the following information through the service when changes occur:
- Address and phone number
- Password
- Other matters recognized by the Company

User IDs may be changed upon the user’s request in the following cases:
- When registered with information such as telephone or resident registration number that may infringe privacy
- When the user ID may cause discomfort to others
- Other cases recognized by the Company
Chapter 3 Use of Services
- Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)

The Company shall not disclose or distribute members’ personal information obtained in connection with the provision of services
to any third parties without consent, except where required by law, for criminal investigations, at the request of
the Information and Communications Ethics Committee, or other procedures under relevant laws.
- Article 10 (Members’ Obligations Regarding ID and Password Management)

- All responsibility for the management of user IDs and passwords rests with the member. The member shall be liable for any consequences arising from negligence or unauthorized use of their ID or password, and the Company shall bear no responsibility
- Members must immediately notify the Company if their ID or password is misused.
- Members should regularly change their passwords to prevent unauthorized use or leakage.
- Article 11 (Members’ General Obligations)

Members must not engage in the following activities when using services
- Unauthorized use of another member’s ID
- Reproducing, publishing, broadcasting, or providing information obtained from the service to third parties without the Company’s prior consent
- Infringing the copyrights or other rights of third parties
- Disseminating information, writings, or graphics that violate public order and morals
- Engaging in criminal activities or those deemed objectively related to crime
- Defaming or causing disadvantages to others
- Violating relevant laws or these Terms
- Members must comply with the matters stipulated in these Terms, service guidelines, and precautions announced by the Company.
- Members shall not use the Services for business activities without prior approval, and the Company bears no responsibility for any consequences of such activities.
- Article 12 (Service Hours)

- Services are available 24/7 in principle, unless prevented by business or technical reasons such as system inspection, replacement, or maintenance.
- The Company may divide services into specific ranges and set separate service hours for each range.
- Article 13 (Suspension of Services)

- The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Services in the following cases: National emergencies such as war or natural disaster
- Where a common carrier under the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunication services Other unavoidable reasons
Chapter 4 Termination and Restrictions
- Article 14 (Termination and Restrictions of Use)

- Members who wish to terminate the agreement must submit an application online to the Company.
- When the Company restricts the use of services, it shall notify users of the reason and duration. However, in urgent cases where immediate suspension is deemed necessary, restrictions may be imposed without prior notice.
- A user who has received notice of service suspension under the preceding paragraph may file an objection within two weeks if they believe the suspension is unjust.
- Upon receiving such an objection, the Company may temporarily defer the suspension during the verification period and shall notify the user of the progress and outcome.
- If the reason for suspension is resolved during the suspension period, the Company shall immediately lift the suspension.
Chapter 5 Compensation and Exemptions
- Article 15 (Compensation for Damages)
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by members while using free services. For paid services, liability shall be specified separately.
- Article 16 (Exemption Clause)

- When services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters
- When service interruptions are caused by the user’s fault
- When damages result from information obtained through the service
- When the reliability or accuracy of information transmitted or posted by users cannot be guaranteed
- Supplementary Provision
- These Terms shall take effect from the date of announcement.
