Our Code of Ethical Conduct includes

    Full compliance with anti-corruption, environmental, and safety regulations in all regions of operation

    Providing customer value that goes beyond expectations, guided by the principle “the customer is always right”

    Zero tolerance for bribery, entertainment, undue hospitality, or any economic favors from stakeholders

    Transactions with the company under the names of employees or their family members (including goods or services) are, in principle, prohibited

    Ban on acquiring equity in unlisted partner companies with direct interests

    Joint investments or asset acquisitions with stakeholders are prohibited without prior approval from management.

    Transactions with partner companies must comply with fair trade laws, and suppliers should be selected based on transparency and objectivity.

    Any change in transaction terms with partner companies must be processed fairly and transparently, based on reasonable and valid grounds.

    Abuse of a dominant position in partner relationships is prohibited. Business practices must be based on mutual respect, trust, and co-prosperity.

    Use of all tangible and intangible assets including business, technical, and management information is limited to approved business purposes. Responsibility must be taken to prevent any misuse, loss, theft, or leakage.

    Transparent execution of company expenses in line with internal regulations

    Falsification or manipulation of documents or figures is strictly prohibited. All records and reports must be accurate and transparent, as such misconduct can distort critical business decisions.

    Duty to avoid any actions that could cause losses or harm the company’s reputation

    Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and respect, zero tolerance for discrimination based on race, gender, education, region, nationality, or disability

    Foster a culture of mutual respect, any form of sexual harassment or behavior causing discomfort is strictly prohibited.
